Lunoa Maison was born from a simple wish — to bring the quiet warmth of Japanese wellness into everyday life around the world.

Every product we carry is rooted in a tradition of natural craftsmanship that has been refined over decades in Japan. We work directly with KinoKoto, a Japanese wellness brand dedicated to creating textiles that are gentle on the body and kind to the earth.

The Thread Behind Everything

01 Organically Grown

Our charcoal thread begins with organic cotton — grown without pesticides, in harmony with the earth. This gentle farming method protects both people and soil, passing on a healthier environment to future generations.

02 Spun in Japan
The pesticide-free organic cotton is spun into thread at a spinning mill in Osaka, Japan. Using a unique technique, the raw cotton is first dyed with charcoal before spinning — locking the charcoal deep into every fiber of the thread.

03 Knitted in Japan
Socks, belly warmers, leg warmers, and more are crafted from our charcoal thread at skilled knitting factories across Japan. All quality inspection is carried out in-house — ensuring every piece meets our standard before it reaches you.

04 Comfort
The ceramic charcoal woven into our thread naturally deodorizes, regulates moisture, and provides UV protection — all while remaining gentle on your skin. Quietly supporting your comfort throughout the day, every day.
